The Foundation of Communal Wealth

Bongo Foundation has donated mobility aids to Persons With Disability (PWD’s) to enable them become less dependent on other persons. When PWDs are free and mobile they live a more dignified and rewarding life. The Foundation has also assisted the community in administering hygienic and safe circumcision of boys as well as counseling and educating boys and girls on the value of education, ethical behaviour, moulding positive characters and avoiding the use of drugs and alcoholic substances.

It is my aspiration that health finally will be seen not as a blessing to be wished for, but as a human right to be fought for.

Bongo Foundation aims at undertake health care programs that help in the improvement of health care services as well as advocacy for prevention of poverty related diseases such as; HIV/AIDS, Cancer, Malaria and Tuberculosis. It intends to launch an HIV-AIDS and Cancer awareness campaign, aimed at fighting the spread and prevalence of those ailments whilst investing in local community capacity to effectively stem outbreaks of epidemics. The Foundation will be partnering with other like minded organizations worldwide in these endeavours.
